Jessica Bantom leads the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging (DEI&B) consulting services for the Steele Strategies Workplace Experience Division, applying extensive background in change management, design thinking, and coaching to help clients realize organizational outcomes and achieve business objectives. Mike Petrusky asks Jessica how she helps organizations engage in inclusive workplace practices, improve cultural confidence, and build more diverse teams that create a greater sense of belonging.
