Steele Strategies is a small-sized firm with an intention to grow purposefully. While DEIB efforts are often associated with large-scale organizations, that does not mean there’s not a place for DEIB in smaller environments like ours.

We believe that the values of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) are key to every organization—especially ours.
