Steele Strategies is a small-sized firm with an intention to grow purposefully. While DEIB efforts are often associated with large-scale organizations, that does not mean there’s not a place for DEIB in smaller environments like ours.

DEIB is intentionally embedded into how STEELE shows up in the world as an employer, a business, and a corporate citizen of the greater community and the world, with a commitment to respect and value the differences that make us unique and bring them together to make a collective contribution to each other and those we serve. As an organization centered around a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion & belonging as lived values, we develop the cultural competence of our team through continuing education to equip them to understand, appreciate, and interact with internal and external stakeholders of culturally diverse backgrounds. The cultural intelligence they gain contributes to an environment of accountability that facilitates the disruption of racist and other discriminatory behaviors that would inhibit expression, collaboration, innovation, and thriving, and could ultimately impact our organizational performance and societal contribution.
