Ann Steele
CEO + FOUNDER
A champion of elevating humanity through business and the founder and CEO of Steele Strategies, Ann Steele has a history in the consulting and federal government industries and is passionate about improving workplace communities. She specializes in management consulting, facility portfolio management, and workspace solutions in the government and commercial sectors.
Ann engages her clients by thriving on collaboration, creating innovative solutions, and recognizes the tremendous value that people make to any organization or business. She sits on the Board of Directors of Conscious Capitalism in Washington DC, which strives to elevate humanity through business. She has a MPA from George Mason University and a BS in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Brigham Young University.
Jessica Bantom
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS / DEIB OFFICER
Jessica has over 20 years of consulting experience, with a background in change management, design thinking, facilitation, and coaching. Her goals as a workplace strategist are to help organizations develop customized strategies for transformational change and to enable individuals to take immediate action to become more inclusive.
She enjoys empowering organizations to engage in inclusive and equitable workplace practices, improve cultural competence, and build more diverse teams that foster a greater sense of belonging. She has an MA in Interior Design from Marymount University, a BA in English from the University of Virginia, and certificates for Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University and Design Thinking and Innovation from Darden Executive Education. She is also a certified change management professional, diversity coach, and diversity & belonging facilitator.


Aron Lee Beninghove
DIRECTOR OF FACILITIES & DESIGN
In addition to being Director of Facilities and Design at Steele Strategies, Aron is also a Senior Program Manager and Associate Architect. Prior to Steele Strategies, he was a Project Architect and Program Manager at AECOM, and an Associate Architect at Avaya and Parsons.
Aron is a licensed Project Management Professional as well as a volunteer docent at the National Building Museum in Washington DC. He has a Masters of Architecture degree from The Catholic University of America, Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and French from Franklin & Marshall College, and a Certificate in European Union Studies from the Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Dijon-Bourgogne in Dijon, France. Aron also co-chairs the Design + Wellbeing Committee of the American Institute of Architects’ DC chapter.
Olivia Dunn
JUNIOR ASSOC. OF FACILITIES & DESIGN
Olivia enjoys working in many forms of multimedia, including Revit, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp, and Illustrator. At Steele Strategies, she is active in business development and marketing strategies, including branding, data analysis, and revenue generation. Her design professional skills include drafting, sketching, modeling, and project management.
Prior to Steele Strategies, Olivia was a Sales Associate at Sterling & Burke, where she utilized the latest technology to deliver transformational customer experiences in sales, client negotiations and merchandising. She studied Interior Design at Marymount University and received an AA in Interior Design from Montgomery College. She is certified in both OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Construction Safety and Health.


Meghann Shutt
SR. ASSOC. OF WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
Meghann Shutt is a leader in project management, organizational development, and workplace learning. As an experience consultant, she has directed programs in the nonprofit, public, and higher education fields. She is skilled in coalition building, learning development, and policy analysis.
Prior to joining Steele Strategies, Meghann was a Development Writer at Bridge Consulting and Connecting the Dots Consulting. She has a Masters in Public Policy degree from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a BA from the New College of Florida. Meghann also holds several certifications, including Virtual Facilitator, Change Practitioner, and Myers Briggs.
Emily Cox
SR. ASSOC. OF WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE
Emily Cox is a Senior Associate in Workplace Experience at Steele Strategies where she works with clients to realize successful cultural transformations. Her passion for developing company culture through holistic employee experience, capitalizing on employee strengths, and establishing tailored, supportive workplaces has been integral to launching several successful organizational change initiatives. With a project management background balanced with an education in fine arts, she offers a unique perspective and ability to blend imagination and technical problem solving to plan and implement the complex requirements of a project with creative possibilities.
Emily earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts from James Madison University. She is a registered Project Management Professional (PMP) and Holistic Employee Experience (HEX) Practitioner.
